Prepare product from the frozen state. Remove all packaging prior to cooking. Cook until a minimum internal temperature of 74°C / 165°F is reached. Since appliances vary, the instructions below are guidelines only. Oven: Preheat to 190°C / 375°F. Place product, fiat side down, on a baking sheet and puce on the center rack of oven. Bake for 20 to 22 minutes. Remove product from the oven and cool for 5 minutes before serving. Microwave: not recommended.
