Preparation & Cooking

Preheat oven to 150 C (300 F). Place cookies on ungreased baking sheet 5 cm apart. Bake for 22 to 25 minutes. Remove pan from oven and allow cookies to cool slightly before removing with spatula. Frozen cookie dough can go straight from freezer to preheated oven; an additional 2 to 3 minutes of bake time may be needed. Watch temperatures and baking times as oven temperatures vary and assure to adjust for higher elevation.
