Steakette (36x113g) - Prepared from 85% lean carcass trimmings without hock meat and released by Quality Assurance (QA). The tendon, cartilage crisp, dried blood and excess fat were removed during trimming. The formulation of raw materials approved by the (AQ) is a chopped mix and breaded once, second chronomèté mixture is made by adding to the spice mix (F102). Chopped a second breading, spicy ground is transferred to a machine for the manufacture of steakette that shape and balance its weight. The steakettes are frozen immediately frozen and packed and stored to meet market needs.
